10th-16th May is Mental Health Week. The past year has been a difficult one for all of us and it is now perhaps more vital than ever that we take steps to look after our mental health.

Now that more of us are venturing outside and with the (hopefully) improving May weather it will be an opportunity to reconnect with nature.
