School Meals

Lunches are cooked in our own kitchen and many children have the school lunch provided. The price of a school lunch is £2:45 per day. Payment must be made at least at the beginning of the week. Payment can be made by using the online payment system ParentPay. The price of the meal normally includes a choice of two main meals (one of which is suitable for a vegetarian diet), a choice of two vegetables a salad bar, a pudding of the day or a choice of fresh fruit, yogurt or cheese and biscuits, and drinking water. For further information see the link below to Sutton catering and menus. Information about Sutton catering and menus can be found here.

Some children bring a packed lunch. Healthy choices are encouraged which must be nut free. Children are encouraged to bring in packed lunches in line with our healthy school policy. All lunch boxes should be of a reasonable size and marked clearly with the child’s name. If your child is going to arrive late to school, please phone the office before 9.30am to ensure their lunch is ordered.

Children changing from packed lunches to school dinners, or vice versa, need to allow a weeks notice . If a child forgets their packed lunch box, a school meal can be provided and parents charged accordingly.

Milk is available at break times for children, at a cost of £12:50 per term.

Healthy Eating

As part of the National School Fruit Scheme, free fruit will be provided for pupils in the Foundation Years, Year 1 and Year 2. Key Stage 2 children may bring their own healthy snack. All children are encouraged to bring water, in a suitable plastic bottle, to drink during the day.

Our menu differs at times from Caterlink's published menu due to pupil preference and dietary requirements. Please see below.

A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another. By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.

John 15:34-35
