We are delighted to report that Caterlink at All Saints Benhilton has received a certificate of excellence from The European Safety Bureau (NAVITAS/ESB). They achieved an overall score of over 95% with 100% Allergen Management and a proposed Hygiene Rating of 5.

Dear Parents/Carers
As you are aware, we are following all the latest information received about the Coronavirus.
Please be reassured that we do not have the Coronavirus at All Saints Benhilton Primary School.
We are, however, taking the risk of Coronavirus very seriously by following government advice and we are asking any pupils or staff who have been on holiday in infected quarantine areas abroad to self-isolate at home. I hope you will also be reassured to know that we are doing everything we can to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and prevent the spread of germs.
All pupils should continue to come to school as normal, but please ensure that you self-isolate and follow government advice if you have recently visited any infected quarantine areas.
We are happy to speak to anyone individually if you are unsure or need to take any of the recommended precautions.

We are once again having a children’s Lent group after school.
This year our Lent group will be using the Church of England material #LiveLent: care for God’s creation.
We will explore a different creation theme each week through scripture, prayer, craft and discussion.
The group will run for the following dates:
Thursday 19th March – 3:30-4:15
Thursday 26th March- 3:30-4:15
Thursday 2nd April– 3:30-4:15
If your child would like a place in lent group, then please email the school office: office@allsaintsbenhilton.org.uk Places are limited, so please make sure that your child can attend all three dates before requesting a space.
This Lent, the Church of England hopes both adults and children
might engage in God’s plea for us to “Care for Creation”.
It is an opportunity for us to rebuild our relationship with our planet, and in turn with the God who is Lord of everything.
We would like you to join us in thinking about God’s Creation through Lent and have created a chart for the Lent period using #LiveLent and Christian Aid materials.
We would like to create a book of all the wonderful activities you achieve through Lent. Please share with us anything you have achieved from the Lent chart, whether it is a photo of you completing a task, a picture from nature, a poster to encourage others to look after the world, a prayer or creative activity.
We look forward to hearing what you have been doing.

We are holding a Books at Bedtime event on Wednesday 11th March
to highlight the importance of sharing books at home.
Reception and KS1 children are invited back to school from 4:30 – 5:00pm in their bedtime clothes to share stories in their class.
KS2 children are invited back to school from 4:30 – 5:15pm in their bedtime clothes to share stories in their class.
ASBSA are kindly providing hot chocolate or squash and biscuits. If possible, please provide a reusable cup for your child.
Parents are welcome to have tea and coffee in the New Build while Books at Bedtime is happening.
